Use a plunger to attempt to clear a blocked drain, particulary for blocked toilets.
Try baking soda and vinegar
Mix some baking soda and white vinegar together, and pour the solution down the blocked drain. The solution may help break down any build up that has caused the drain to become blocked.
Use a wire hanger
Un-bending a coat hanger and moulding it to fit into the affected pipe fixture can sometimes help unblock a drain.
Check the U-Bend
Check the U-Bend of the affected pipe fixture for any obvious damage.
